Obradors,S.A. with headquarters in Barcelona, has its own production facility of 15.000 sqm., in the village of Prats de Lluçanes. The production plant has the necessary resources to guarantee the highest levels of quality to the customers.

All raw materials are analyzed with the newest available technology, that allows us to guarantee and certificate the total of the raw material received. These highest standards are required to our suppliers from Egypt, Zimbabwe, China, Turkey France, Italy, etc.,to achieve a great finished product.

Artificial view system, that analyses all the fabrics after weaving and before the finishing procedure. This system allows the localization of any weaving defects, its analysis, resolution and prevention.

Our quality control department analyzes each one of the batches, once finished article is received in our warehouse.

Having our own production plant with 50 looms that are renovated every 10-15 years, allow us to manufacture different types of articles and fabric constructions with the highest guaranties of quality, versatility and fast market demand.

Different systems for warp, glue and different weaving procedures (eccentric, widths 190,220,280 and 390 cms.), allow us the creation of a wide range of fabrics as; taffeta, twills, satin, pique and complex construction articles up to 8 different lays.

All this allow us to have a wide range of own articles, 100% cotton and different mixtures (PES/CO, PES/WO, LI/CO), piece dyed, prints with the most varieties of finishes. Articles destinated to the segment which we are specialist: Layette, Children, Shirting, Lingerie, Home and Women.

In our production facility of Prat de Lluçanes, there is located our finished product warehouse, provided with the most advanced technology that identifies, locates and tracks all articles stored, for allowing the speed up in packaging and distribution of more than 4000 articles that are in our range.

Through our information system we acknowledge in all moment the real site and location of our stocks, forecast and necessities, qualities, situation and availability. All these procedures are been lead by specialist, each one of them in its area, perfectly coordinated and involved in the quality project of Obradors which offers to its customers.

Our design department, on constant contact with our representatives and customers, works out constantly in the research and new tendencies around the globe to fulfil the customers needs worldwide.

The design area is in constant touch with the manufacturing, quality control and samples department, assuring the compromise of excellence in the final result. It's a department completely compromise with the end results of our customers.
